Hatley is wanted for custodial interference by the Grainger County Sheriff's Department and is known to be driving a silver 2007 Dodge Caliber with TN tag BMY-954, according to the TBI. The TBI has issued an endangered child alert for a 2-year-old Grainger County boy believed to be with a non-custodial parent.
